When we give information about the action (the verb,) we use adverbs of manner, but when we give information about the noun, we use adjectives Do these activities to understand the difference.

Unit 8: Like doing/ would like to do

This is Gwyneth Paltrow's speech at the Oscar Awards Ceremony. The speech has the structure "would like to + infinitive". Imagine you have to prepare a speech for the Oscar Awards ceremony. Write a simple speech on the chat below using  the "would like to + infinitive" structure. We can vote for the best speech.

Unit 8: On holiday


I enjoy travelling and it's difficult for me to choose a holiday destination because I love them all. You know my favourite destination is India, but I also like the Maldives, USA, Peru, China and lots of different places. So let's pack and travel!
